For a calculation question, start with the explanation and worked examples on the tool page. For a suspected bug, describe a small example that someone else can repeat. You can also suggest a genuinely useful tool or point out an unclear explanation.
The form below prepares a message locally. “Download enquiry” creates a local text file. No inbox or delivery is implied. There is no promise of a response time.
Common questions
A result differs from another tool. What should I check?
Check the method and units first: inclusive dates, US versus imperial gallons, percentage-change denominator, decimal rounding, or word segmentation can explain a difference. The relevant page describes its convention.
What should an issue report include?
Give the page name, example inputs, expected result, and actual result. Use made-up data that reproduces the problem. Do not include real passwords, account identifiers, confidential files, or patient details.
A copy or download button does not work. What can I try?
Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled. Clipboard access can require HTTPS and browser permission. Select the result and copy it manually if access is blocked. For downloads, check the browser’s download controls and device storage.
Does sending an enquiry upload my tool input?
No. Tool inputs are separate from this enquiry form. Only the text you deliberately place in the enquiry is included in a downloaded note or an email draft.
